Option 1: Support Partner - Permanent and Casual options

$33 -$37 p/hour permanent

$41-$47 p/hour casual

Plus salary packaging / Superannuation

Levels 2 and 3 of the SCHADS Award

Permanent Employment is being offered as a preferred mode of employment.

You may be familiar with hearing the words Support Worker by other providers but at 2Flourish we really value you and the contribution that you will make and acknowledge that what you do is extremely important in the provision of care provided. This is why our roles have evolved into Support Partners, not Support Workers.
