0107 Assist-Personal Activities
This registration group typically includes assisting with (and/or supervising) personal tasks required for daily living. Services may include support around the home, maintenance, and helping develop your skills. Activities may be carried out in such a way as to support you to live as independently as possible.
Support items in this registration group include:

assistance with personal domestic activities
0125 Participate Community
Assisting you with your NDIS Plan to participate actively in community, social and civic activities; including supporting you during these activities, and developing your ability to partake in these activities.
0114 Community Nursing Care
This includes provision of care, training, and supervision of our staff who respond to your complex care needs. Nursing may cover a range of care and supports, depending on your needs and your NDIS plan.

0101 Accommodation/Tenancy
With support from our registered professional workers, we can assist you to retain or to obtain appropriate accommodation.
0120 Household Tasks
Assisting you with daily life, including Supported Independent Living (SIL). This can include performing essential house, cleaning, laundry, food preparation, and yard activities that you are not able to do by yourself.

0106 Assist-Life Stage, Transition. A.K.A
Support Coordination
This includes short and long-term supports that focus on strengthening your ability to coordinate your supports (Support Coordination), and to assist you to live at home and participate in your community. Includes:

assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations

Life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development

assistance with decision making, daily planning, budgeting
0108 Assistance with Travel/Transport
We are able to assist you with the following support categories:

Transport to and from activities including social and recreational activities

Assistive Technology to support your mobility and capacity for being independent.

0117 Development - Life Skills
Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by yourself with an NDIS Plan or your carer to increase your ability to live as independently as possible, including supports that will enhance your ability to travel and use public transport independently.
0115 Daily Tasks/ Shared Living
Daily tasks / shared living incorporates assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the your skills to live as independently as possible. This includes short-term accommodation and assistance (e.g. respite care)
0136 Group/Centre Activities
This can include a range of activities and programs aimed to assist you to lead a full and happy life. Social inclusion and interaction programs are specially designed to meet your individual need and to assist you in finding your “special place” in life, where you feel valued and comfortable within your surroundings.
0116 Innovative Community Participation
Importantly, not all activities may come under Participate Community. Activities not included under other community participation registration groups can be used here. This is ideal for those who wish to access mainstream activities.

We are Regulated and Audited by the NDIS
Specialist providers like us are registered and monitored by the Australian government (NDIS). We are registered to meet the strict quality and safeguarding standards to ensure only the best and quality service is made available to the community. This is upheld through our Quality Management Plan.
As a result, we must be certified and be measured against the NDIS Practice Standards by an approved NDIS auditor. Essential areas assessed under this process include:
